Biography: Mr. Stone concentrates his practice on land use, zoning and government relations matters. He also has extensive experience in the defense of white collar criminal matters, complex civil litigation and representing corporations, as well as individuals, in actions brought by government agencies. As a former Assistant Attorney General with the Economic Crimes Division, Office of the Attorney General of Florida, Mr. Stone has experience investigating and prosecuting deceptive trade practices, as well as other civil causes of action. Mr. Stone’s civic activities include serving on the City of Hollywood’s Charter Review Committee, the City of Hollywood’s Community Development Advisory Board, the Broward County Consumer Protection Board and the City of Weston's Charter Review Board.
