Steven H. Osber is a Partner with the firm of Rothstein Rosenfeldt Adler located in Fort Lauderdale, FL and practices in the areas of Commercial Litigation, Hospitality and Labor and Employment.
Biography: Mr. Osber concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial litigation, personal injury defense/ insurance defense, construction litigation, and business related torts. In addition to significant trial experience in both Federal and State Courts, Mr. Osber has also handled numerous appeals and argued before the Second, Third and Fourth District Courts of Appeals for the State of Florida. Mr. Osber is also involved in several community organizations and assists the National Football League's Miami Dolphins with the pre-season screening of rookies, free agents and veterans. |
