Biography Cont.: In his automotive subspecialty, Mr. Stracher has been engaged in representing automotive dealerships for over twenty years. He is frequently called upon to speak on automotive issues and has most recently served as a featured speaker for the National Association of Dealer Counsel as well as a seminar entitled "The Top 10 Legal Pitfalls in Buy-Sells".

Biography: Mr. Stracher is Chairman of the firm's Automotive law group. His practice concentrates in the litigation of complex commercial and construction matters, governmental and regulatory matters, as well as a wide variety of complex transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions and corporate restructuring. Mr. Stracher is also charged with assisting and advising his clients in connection with the day to day operation of their businesses. Mr. Stracher has also served as insurance defense counsel for a number of insurance carriers, litigating cases for their insured's across the country.
