Biography Cont.: As part of his practice, Mr. Nurik has participated in the representation of clients in international criminal matters and has represented Foreign Sovereigns in proceedings brought in the United States.
Mr. Nurik also devotes a portion of his time to the representation of healthcare and other professionals in disciplinary and licensing matters before administrative agencies. He also actively represents registered representatives and Broker Dealers in securities arbitrations before the N.A.S.D. and in administrative matters before the N.Y.S.E.
In addition to heading up the Firm’s White Collar Practice Group, Mr. Nurik will work in conjunction with the Firm’s other practice groups to advise clients in matters involving the establishment of corporate voluntary compliance programs for banking and other industries, fraud detection and civil prosecution of corporate embezzlement.

Biography: Marc S. Nurik, Chairs the firm’s White Collar Practice Group, which represents clients throughout the United States and its territories in corporate fraud, securities fraud, banking fraud, health care fraud, money laundering, insurance fraud, tax and anti-trust matters under investigation by federal and state authorities. Mr. Nurik has over 30 years of experience as a trial lawyer in courts throughout the United States.
Mr. Nurik’s practice also includes representing corporations and individuals in matters brought by various Federal and State regulatory agencies including the Securities and Exchange Commission, Department of Health and Human Services, Federal Trade Commission, Internal Revenue Service, Department of Defense, Commodities Futures Trading Commission the Federal Reserve, and the Florida Department of Financial Services.
