She concentrates her practice on the litigation of state and federal laws governing workplace conduct, including Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended, Title I of the Americans With Disabilities Act, the Equal Pay Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Florida Civil Rights Act, and Florida's Private Whistleblower Protection Act. Ms. Lewis worked in human resources for over 10 years before entering law school, and is therefore keenly aware of the issues and concerns affecting employers in the workplace.
