Biography:Gustavo Sardiņa attended St. Thomas University, School of Law where he earned his Juris Doctorate in 2006. While attending St. Thomas University, School of Law he was a member and Managing Editor of the Intercultural Human Rights Law Review. Today, his practice focuses on assisting clients in all areas of trademark and copyright law, whether prosecution, litigation, or transactional. He has handled several trademark cases before federal courts, state courts and the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. He also has experience in patent litigation as well as copyright disputes.
