Biography: While in New York, Mr. GoldsteinÂ’s practice was focused in the area of personal injury and tort litigation representing both plaintiffs and defendants. Mr. Goldstein relocated to South Florida and was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2002. Initially, after moving to Florida, he continued to concentrate his practice in the area of civil litigation focusing primarily on all aspects of insurance defense litigation. This included cases involving automobile negligence, premises liability, wrongful death, negligent security, construction related litigation and commercial litigation. Since joining Rothstein Rosenfeldt Adler, Mr. Goldstein continues to focus his practice on all aspects of personal injury litigation representing both plaintiffs and defendants. Mr. Goldstein is also part of the firmÂ’s Commercial Litigation Practice area.
