Biography: While at University of Miami School of Law, Ms. Cohen served as Articles and Comments Editor of the Business Law Review and won in the Moot Court Negotiations Competition. Ms. Cohen specializes in employment and labor litigation and commercial litigation. Her practice includes but is not limited to non-compete, breach of fiduciary duty, wrongful termination and unfair competition. Ms. Cohen represents employers and employees who are trying to enforce or be released from non-compete, non-solicitation and/or non-disclosure provisions within employment agreements. She was a finalist in the 2005 South Florida Business Journal in the employment and labor division and a finalist in the 2006 South Florida Business Journal Up and Comers. |
