Biography: Mr. Bofshever's main area of practice has been all aspects of real estate law, including the development of shopping centers, commercial and residential projects, and residences, mortgage financing, equity financing, construction law, condominium and homeowners association law and title closings. Mr. Bofshever has represented clients in real estate developments and acquisitions in many areas of the continental United States including Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. He has also acted as U.S. counsel to foreign real estate investors and lenders from England, Germany, Italy, Austria and several South American countries and was of counsel to a British law firm.
